Once you have decided that being a veterinarian is the career path for you this app will then guide you through the general principles of how to gain entry to Vet School, explaining the type of course you need to apply for (e.g. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), or its equivalent qualification in the United Kingdom, e.g. Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS)), and what qualifications and experience you require in order to be able to apply for admission.
You can navigate through information and links to one of the world’s premier Vet Schools, the School of Veterinary Medicine, The University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. This School is internationally renowned for its veterinary teaching, clinical expertise, animal hospitals and veterinary research, and it is one of the very few Schools globally that is fully accredited by all of the major relevant bodies, including the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE) and Australian Veterinary Boards Council Inc.(AVBC).
